Step 1: Surface Preparation

Clean the concrete or masonry substrate thoroughly to remove all loose dirt, dust, laitance, oil, grease, and curing compounds.

Repair all structural cracks, Honeycombs, and deep voids using a polymer-modified mortar before applying the coating.
Wet down the surface completely with potable water to achieve a saturated surface dry condition without leaving standing puddles.
Ensure the ambient temperature is within the recommended operating range before beginning the application.

Step 2: Application

Pour the entire contents of the 5 kg Component A liquid polymer container into a clean mixing vessel, then gradually add the corresponding matched weight of Component B specialized powder while blending thoroughly with a low-speed mechanical stirrer for 3–5 minutes until a completely smooth, lump-free slurry is formed.

Apply the mixed material evenly onto the pre-wetted substrate using a stiff-bristle brush, roller, or specialized spray equipment.
Lay down the first coat in a uniform direction and allow it to dry completely for four to six hours.
Apply the second coat perpendicular to the first coat to guarantee full, pinhole-free coverage across the entire area.

Step 3: Finishing / Curing

Protect the freshly coated surface from direct sunlight, heavy winds, and rainwater during the initial curing phase.

Allow the completed coating system to air-cure completely for at least forty-eight hours before putting it into light service.
Conduct a standard ponding test for wet areas after full cure to verify the seamless water tightness of the application.
Proceed with the installation of protective screeds, tiling, or decorative finishes as per the project requirements.
