Alkali-Resistant Waterproof Penetrative Sealer

SAKEFFLORI KAWACH is a professional-grade, alkali-resistant waterproof penetrative sealer engineered with advanced nano-technology. Designed as a specialized pre-putty treatment, it penetrates deeply into cementitious pores to construct a high-density salt-blocking crystal network. It acts as a resilient defensive layer that neutralizes subterranean alkaline salts, completely preventing paint peeling, white efflorescence, and substrate blistering before decorative coatings are applied.

Engineered to Protect Internal and External Putty Systems from Efflorescence & Alkali Attacks

Conventional Wall Primers

Traditional systems often suffer from:

  • Superficial film binding that easily ruptures under internal hydrostatic salt pressure
  • High vulnerability to heavy alkaline migration leading to chemical paint saponification
  • Inability to stop white powdery saltpetre growth from destroying wall aesthetics

Sak Efflori Kawach

It is specially formulated to provide:

  • Penetrative nano-technology that neutralizes sub-surface chemical salts active in plaster
  • Excellent resistance against aggressive alkaline attack to preserve finishing coats
  • Complete crystallization inside capillary tracks to isolate top-coat putty from moisture
  • High adhesion bonding interface that enhances structural durability for subsequent putty layers

where to use

application process

Step 1: Surface Preparation

  • Clean the target plastered concrete masonry surface thoroughly to eradicate all loose particles, dust, grease, and fungal growth.
  • Scrape away existing white efflorescence or saltpetre crystals completely using a stiff wire brush or mechanical grinding tool.
  • Wash the treated structural area cleanly with fresh potable water and allow it to dry out entirely before sealer application.
  • Ensure all structural cracks and deep plaster defects are repaired with a polymer-modified mortar and fully stabilized.

Step 2: Application

  • Stir the single-component liquid penetrative sealer formulation thoroughly inside its container to achieve an even consistency.
  • Apply a saturating coat uniformly onto the dry substrate using a professional paint brush, roller, or low-pressure spray unit.
  • Work the liquid treatment deep into the porous plaster profile, ensuring absolute coverage without leaving missed spots.
  • Apply a second penetrative layer if dealing with exceptionally high substrate porosity or highly aggressive salt tracks.

Step 3: Finishing / Curing

  • Allow the treated penetrative sealing layer to cure completely for a minimum of four to six hours under ambient conditions.
  • Verify that the sealed face is entirely uniform, flat, and free from any greasy or un-absorbed chemical surface film.
  • Apply the standard decorative wall putty smoothly over the dried, stabilized priming barrier layer as per design guidelines.
  • Clean all tools and spraying nozzles immediately with fresh clean water after finishing the operational run.
