Advanced Integral Waterproofing Compound

SAKPROOF is a premium liquid integral waterproofing admixture specially formulated for concrete, mortar, and plaster surfaces. By significantly reducing hydrostatic permeability, it modifies the internal matrix of cement mixes to form a permanent barrier against moisture ingress. It improves the structural durability of new constructions from foundations to roofs, actively preventing dampness, efflorescence, and reinforcement corrosion.

Engineered to Protect Substrates from Structural Dampness & Capillary Moisture Rise

Conventional Admixtures

Traditional systems often suffer from:

  • Inconsistent dispersion causing localized capillary voids
  • High water demand that lowers the overall cured strength
  • Poor resistance to salt attacks and structural efflorescence

Sak Proof

It is specially formulated to provide:

  • Active pore-blocking polymers that resist high hydrostatic pressure
  • Enhanced plasticizing properties to reduce the water-cement ratio
  • Complete defense against rising dampness and saltpetre action
  • Micro-structural cohesion that safeguards internal steel reinforcement

where to use

application process

Step 1: Surface Preparation

  • Ensure that all constituent materials including cement, sand, and aggregates are clean and free of silt or organic matter.
  • Arrange the structural shuttering, formwork, and steel reinforcement securely before preparing the fresh concrete mix.
  • Keep the placement area or brick substrate clean and free of standing water or loose debris.
  • Calibrate mixing equipment to guarantee a consistent, homogeneous batching sequence.

Step 2: Application

  • Shake the container well before dispensing the liquid admixture to ensure proper ingredient distribution.
  • Add the compound directly into the gauged mixing water rather than pouring it onto dry cement components.

  • Incorporate the treated water uniformly into the dry concrete or mortar mix inside the mechanical mixer.

  • Mix the wet concrete or mortar thoroughly for a minimum of two to three minutes to ensure uniform dispersion.

Step 3: Finishing / Curing

  • Pour and compact the modified concrete or mortar mix immediately using mechanical vibrators or tamping rods.
  • Finish and trowel the surface smoothly to achieve the desired structural level and density.
  • Initiate standard water curing practices as soon as the concrete or plaster layer sets firmly.
  • Maintain a continuous wet curing regimen for a minimum of seven to ten days to maximize strength.
