High-Performance Fiber-Reinforced Crack Filler

SAKCRACK BLOCK is a premium, ready-to-use, fiber-reinforced crack filler designed to permanently seal plaster and masonry defects before final painting. Engineered with advanced dual-bonding technology, it fills structural and superficial gaps to prevent future water ingress and substrate degradation. It is ideal for internal and external walls, providing a flexible yet resilient repair solution for modern building envelopes.

Conventional Fillers

Traditional systems often suffer from:

  • High shrinkage causing cracks to reappear after drying
  • Poor elasticity leading to failure during thermal expansion
  • Weak adhesion that flakes off under moisture stress

Sak Crack Block

It is specially formulated to provide:

  • Fiber-reinforced structural integrity across wide gaps
  • Advanced dual-bonding adhesion that grips masonry firmly
  • Zero-shrinkage formulation for smooth, single-pass repairs
  • Weatherproof sealing that isolates internal plaster from external moisture

where to use

application process

Step 1: Surface Preparation

  • Ensure the target crack is thoroughly cleaned and cleared of loose dust, algae, grease, and old paint residues.
  • Widen the crack slightly into a neat 'V' shape using a putty knife or mechanical tool to optimize the filling profile.
  • Remove all loose contaminants and weak material completely from the substrate gap.
  • Lightly pre-wet the substrate with potable water immediately before filling to prevent rapid water loss.

Step 2: Application

  • Press the paste firmly into the prepared crack using a clean putty knife or spatula.
  • Ensure the entire depth is completely packed with no trapped air pockets.
  • Level the surface smoothly with a continuous sweep of the blade, wiping away any excess material.
  • Apply the material in sequential layers for deeper structural gaps, allowing full drying between coats.

Step 3: Finishing / Curing

  • Allow the filled area to dry completely for at least twenty-four hours under ambient conditions.
  • Gently sand the repaired patch with fine emery paper once fully cured.
  • Match the profile texture evenly with the surrounding wall surface.
  • Ensure the treated area is fully stabilized before applying primers and decorative topcoats.
