Engineered to Fix What Cement Alone Cannot

Plain Cement

Plain cement systems often suffer from:

  • Weak adhesion
  • Cracking under stress
  • Water seepage

Sak Acrycrete

SAK ACRYCRETE is a modified acrylic polymer-based liquid used with cement to significantly improve the performance of:

  • Cement slurry
  • Mortar
  • Concrete

where to use

application process

Step 1: Surface Preparation

  • Ensure surface is clean and free from oil, grease, dust, and loose particles

  • Remove contaminants using scraping, chiseling, sandblasting, or scrubbing

  • Maintain Saturated Surface Dry (SSD condition) before application

Step 2: Application

  • Mix with cement or cement-sand mortar

  • Apply minimum 2 coats for waterproofing

  • Maintain 5–6 hours drying time between coats

Step 3: Curing

  • Start curing within 6 hours after final coat

  • Moist cure for 24 hours using water spray

  • Prevent rapid drying
