Super White & Natural B- Hemihydrate Type A Structural Gypsum Plaster

Europa Gypsum Plaster is a professional-grade, premium-purity B- hemihydrate Type A gypsum plaster engineered by Sakarni to establish an ultra-smooth, perfectly leveled, and high-durability internal surface matrix directly over interior brickwork and concrete ceilings. Formulated from 100% natural, super-white gypsum minerals, it features elite water-retention characteristics and highly controlled setting mechanics that reduce manual application efforts while entirely eliminating drying shrinkage cracks. Serving as an elite single-coat alternative to conventional sand-cement rendering, it requires zero water curing on site, drastically speeding up building interior project handovers.

Engineered to Protect Internal Walls from Surface Tearing, Crazing Fractures & Lengthy Curing Delays

Conventional Sand-Cement Plasters

Traditional systems often suffer from:

  • Extensive map cracking, deep crazing, and hairline shrinkage fractures developing as the heavy cement matrix dries
  • Requiring continuous water spraying for 7 to 14 days, introducing heavy moisture traps and severe project delays
  • Leaving rough, sandy, and deeply uneven surface profiles that demand extensive multi-coat putty work before painting

Europa Gypsum Plaster

It is specially formulated to provide:

  • Absolute dimensional stability that eliminates internal stress fractures and drying shrinkage lines
  • Ambient air curing that completely eliminates water spraying steps, keeping internal zones dry and trade-ready
  • Super-fine, bright white, ivory-smooth surface profiles that accept premium paint coats with zero or minimal putty priming
  • Low thermal conductivity behavior that naturally reduces external building temperature transmission into living spaces

where to use

application process

Surface Preparation

  • Clean the target interior brickwork, concrete block, or raw concrete ceiling plane thoroughly to remove all loose dust, chemical release oils, efflorescence salts, and concrete slag.
  • Ensure that the base substrate layout is entirely rigid, structurally stable, fully cured, and structurally free from live dampness leaks.
  • Pre-fix standard vertical alignment dabs or level strips across the wall layout to establish absolute vertical correctness and uniform plaster thickness parameters.
  • Apply an approved high-grip bonding agent over exceptionally smooth, non-porous concrete surfaces before plastering to optimize mechanical anchor adhesion.

Mixing & Application

  • Pour fresh potable water into a clean mixing vessel, then gradually sprinkle the Sakarni Gypsum Plaster powder into the water in the recommended mixing ratio.
  • Blend the mixture thoroughly using a low-speed mechanical mixer or manual paddle for 2–3 minutes until a smooth, completely uniform, lump-free paste layout is achieved.
  • Apply the mixed plaster slurry firmly onto the substrate using a clean aluminum trowel or standard plastering blade, working systematically from the wall base upward.
  • Level the applied paste tightly along the pre-set alignment dabs using an aluminum straight-edge box section to establish a true vertical surface plane.

Final Finishing

  • Allow the leveled plaster layer to set slightly, then run a steel polishing trowel smoothly over the face to form an ultra-flat, glossy finish.
  • Trim off any localized minor profile ridges or micro-imperfections cleanly before the plaster grid reaches its absolute final chemical set layout.
  • Let the completed gypsum plaster surface air-dry naturally under completely dry, ventilated room site environments for a period of 72 hours.
  • Ensure that the plaster face has dried to its full structural whiteness and exhibits zero internal core moisture before beginning paint or primer decorations.

Important Note

Surface Preparation

Surface Preparation
Apply exclusively across completely covered internal wall and ceiling building partitions. Never introduce any extra sand, cement, or external chemical additives into the high-purity gypsum slurry matrix. Follow recommended surface preparation and application practices to achieve optimum durability and a flawless finish.
