High-Performance Heavy-Duty Steel Wiremesh

BULL KING Wiremesh (Jali) is a professional-grade, high-strength steel mesh solution engineered to provide superior structural reinforcement and protective screening across modern construction and fabrication layouts. Manufactured from premium, high-tensile steel wire, it features a highly consistent woven grid matrix that offers exceptional resistance to mechanical deformation, shearing, and tearing. It functions as an un-yielding physical shield, distributing structural loads evenly while maintaining optimal dimensional stability over long-term operations.

Engineered to Protect Structural Elements from Plaster Cracking, Impact Breaches & Grid Distortion

Conventional Wire Meshes

Traditional systems often suffer from:

  • Low-tensile wire compositions that snap or sag under localized physical loads
  • Inconsistent grid spacing that allows structural cracking and uneven mortar binding
  • High vulnerability to deformation during demanding installation maneuvers

Bull King Wiremesh (Jali)

It is specially formulated to provide:

  • High-tensile steel core that accommodates structural shifts without breaking
  • Precision-woven grid spacing ensuring uniform load distribution and aggregate bonding
  • Superior material stiffness that prevents sagging or bending on vertical plaster faces
  • Resilient structural reinforcing layer designed to halt the propagation of micro-cracks

where to use

application process

Surface Preparation

  • Clean the target background substrate or structural framing thoroughly to eliminate loose dust, oil, and debris.
  • Correct major masonry surface depressions or misalignments before positioning the wiremesh grid layout.
  • Unroll the steel wiremesh roll carefully on a flat surface to take the curl out and inspect the woven grid continuity.
  • Measure the target operational dimensions precisely and cut the mesh panels cleanly using heavy-duty wire snips.

Application

  • Position the cut wiremesh panel flat against the structural masonry backdrop or steel framing structure.
  • Secure the mesh layer tightly using appropriate steel fasteners, staples, or tie wires spaced systematically.
  • Ensure that the wiremesh profile stays taut and flush against the surface wall plane without any visible buckling.
  • Overlap adjacent mesh panel boundary sections by a minimum of two to three inches to maintain structural continuity.

FInishing

  • Verify that the installed steel grid layout is completely rigid and shows zero movement or flapping points.
  • Apply the initial polymer-modified cement plaster coat or concrete mix directly through the woven matrix channels.
  • Trowel the wet mixture firmly to guarantee complete encapsulation of the steel wire reinforcement core layer.
  • Keep the freshly plastered grid matrix layout protected from extreme physical vibrations or loading during initial setting stages.
